Results: The experience of autonomous activities and a high level of satisfaction in them correlated with high degree of satisfaction in university and college life and the major and good scores of self-efficiency, self-respect, and self-elasticity, with statistical significance.

Conclusions: High levels of satisfaction in university and college life and the major as well as good self-esteem, selfefficacy, and ego-resiliency contribute to a rich college life of students of optometry, and when they become members of society, they are more adept in their lives and at expanding their individual abilities.
